1 September [13 September]. Bivouac at Berkau.

2 September [14 September]. March to Leps, near Zerbst. I

3 September [15 September]. At Leps.

15 September [27 September]. Traveled to the ferry near Acken.

16 September [28 September]. Near Acken.

17 September [29 September].  During the field works in the morning, three enemy squadrons drove rotmistr  [Karl] Lowenstern from Köten and pursued him to Acken. At the same time, I saw Obreskov with his troops marchiong from Dessau and ordered him to attack the approaching enemy; he carried out this order, capturing one officer and forty men and seizing the village of Köten.

20 September [2 October]. Transferred to Acken.

21 September [3 October].  At Acken.

22 September [4 October].  Marched to Köten, Winzegorode arrived to Acken.

23 September [5 October]. At Köten

24 September [6 October]. Moved to Grebtzig.; grenadiers were recalled from me.

25 September [7 October]. Marched to Zilbitz; I traveled to Halle.

26 September [8 October].  At Zilbitz. I traveled to Petersberge, from where, it is said, one can see 40 towns and 300 villages.

28 September [10 October]. Marched to Halle.

29 September [11 October]. At Halle. Blucher’s army had arrived.

30 September [12 October].  Marched to Eisleben. St. Priest arrived at Merzeburg.
